    FAQ’S WITH OUR DIRECTORS

What is UniThrive and why does it exist?

We know how stressful and confusing it can be to find internships, jobs, and career opportunities—especially when you don’t have the right connections or guidance. UniThrive was created to make the process easier by providing free support, mentorship, and resources to help students secure their dream roles.

    How does UniThrive help?

We take the guesswork out of job applications – No more confusion about CVs, cover letters, or interviews.

We connect you with people who’ve already done it – Learn directly from students who’ve secured internships at top companies

We provide real, actionable advice – No fluff, just straight-to-the-point guidance that actually works.

We build a supportive community – You’re not alone. We’re all students helping each other succeed.

    What makes us different?

Free, student-led support – No expensive career coaching, just genuine advice from people who’ve been in your shoes.

Proven results – We’ve helped students land roles at HSBC, Capgemini, and top law firms.

Relatable content – Our founders reach millions with engaging, easy-to-understand career advice.

How does UniThrive solve real problems?

Struggling to write a CV? We give you a step-by-step breakdown.

Don’t know what to say in an interview? We run free mock interview sessions.

Not sure where to apply? We share exclusive job openings and networking events.

Worried about rejection? We teach you how to bounce back and improve.

What’s the biggest success story so far?

One student came to us stressed about rejections. They had applied to 20+ internships with no success. After joining UniThrive, getting CV feedback, mentorship, and mock interview prep, they landed a role at a top firm. That’s what we do—we help students break barriers and get the jobs they deserve.

The Journey: Hardest Parts About Starting a Business

Starting UniThrive wasn’t easy. It took time to build trust, grow a community, and figure out how to make it sustainable. The hardest parts?

    • Overcoming self-doubt – “Will people even find this useful?”

    • Balancing uni & running a business – Managing time was tough.

    • Figuring out funding – We wanted to keep everything free for students while still growing.

But seeing students land jobs made it all worth it.

One of our mentees spotlights Anderson Lo for their brilliant mentorship which led him to secure a position at Natwest

“Hey guys just wanted to appreciate your help and support. I accepted an offer last week for a graduate software engineer trainee position for NatWest. You guys really helped me with the assessment centre portion through the tech seminar as well”
